To use Apex, you must be at least 18 years of age. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data.
Apex is a training and wellness application. It provides exercise-based drills and AI-generated guidance designed to help users improve intimate performance.
Apex is not a medical service, and nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI Coach is not a healthcare professional. If you have medical concerns about sexual health, erectile function, or any related condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider.
We do not guarantee specific results. Individual outcomes vary based on factors including consistency of practice, individual physiology, and engagement with the programme.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Given the sensitive nature of the data within Apex, we strongly recommend using device-level security (passcode, biometrics) on any device where you use the App.
You must not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account. Each subscription is for a single individual.
Apex is available on a subscription basis at the following standard prices: £14.99 per month, or £99.99 per year. Promotional and introductory pricing may be offered from time to time and will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
New users are offered a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged at the applicable rate.
By starting a free trial, you expressly request that the service begins immediately during the 14-day cancellation period (see Cancellation below). You acknowledge that this may affect your right to cancel and receive a full refund once the trial converts to a paid subscription.
In-app subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings (Apple: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Google: Play Store > Subscriptions) or through the "Manage Subscription" option in the App's Profile screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you will retain access until then.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. If you have requested that the service begins during this period (for example, by starting a free trial or immediately using the App), you acknowledge that:
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. For web-based purchases, refund requests should be sent to support@myapex.app within 14 days of purchase.
You agree not to use Apex in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in breach of these Terms. Specifically, you must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Apex uses artificial intelligence (powered by Claude, developed by Anthropic) to personalise training plans and provide coaching through the AI Coach feature.
You should be aware that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The AI Coach has safety boundaries but is not infallible. AI-generated plans and advice are not a substitute for professional medical or therapeutic guidance.
We review and refine AI behaviour regularly but do not guarantee that all AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for every individual.
Where AI is used to make significant automated decisions about your training programme using special category data (sexual health data), we rely on your explicit consent. You have the right to be informed about, make representations about, obtain human intervention in, and contest such decisions. See Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content in the App - including drill descriptions, training methodologies, UI design, branding, and text - is owned by Reach Performance Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.
Your personal data (including assessment responses, performance logs, and coach conversations) remains your data. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
As a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights. In particular, the App is a form of digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and is provided with the expectation that it is of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. However, given the nature of AI-powered personalisation and the variability of individual outcomes, we do not guarantee specific results or that every AI-generated recommendation will be optimal for your individual circumstances.
Apex drills involve pelvic floor exercises, breathing exercises, and arousal management techniques. While these are generally safe for healthy adults, you should consult a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise programme if you have any underlying health conditions, particularly those affecting pelvic health, cardiovascular health, or sexual function.
If you experience pain, discomfort, or any adverse symptoms while using the App, stop immediately and seek medical advice.
Your privacy is extremely important to us given the sensitive nature of this service. Our Privacy Policy, available within the App and at myapex.app/privacy, explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via push notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use the App after changes take effect, you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the changes take effect.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" option in the Profile screen or by emailing support@myapex.app.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the service. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with the retention periods set out in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident outside England and Wales, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
We encourage you to contact us at support@myapex.app before pursuing formal legal action, as we may be able to resolve your concern directly.
The App integrates with third-party services including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, Stripe, Firebase, Supabase, and Anthropic (Claude API). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:
If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you acknowledge that Google has no obligation or liability to you with respect to the App or these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reach Performance Ltd regarding your use of the App.
